Front Dumbbell Lunge
Instructions for action: Stand upright with a dumbbell in each hand, lunge forward with your back straight and squat down at the same time. Keep your waist straight while squatting, control your recovery and return to the starting position, and repeat the above actions
p>Dumbbell Back Squat
Instructions: Stand with a dumbbell in each hand and place your back legs on the bench. Squat back until it is parallel to the ground, return the control to the initial state, and repeat the above actions
Dumbbell Squats
Instructions for action: Hold dumbbells in both hands, arms drooping from the shoulders, legs separated, feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent and slowly squatting down, as if you were sitting on a chair until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Stand upright and return to the starting position
