The Whimmydiddle Music Festival returns to Hamilton this year on August 19-20.

The popular festival held at RiversEdge will feature country and blues singers like headlining folk duo Shovels & Rope.

The lineup also includes Charley Crockett, Larkin Poe, Sierra Ferrell, Goodbye June, Cole Chaney & Wolfpen Branch, Drayton Farley and Logan Halstead.

Tickets, which are on sale now, range from $50 for a one-day pass, $80 for a two-day general admission, and $140 for a two-day VIP pass.

Regarding COVID-19 protocols, according to the festival websiteproof of vaccination or negative COVID tests are not required for entry.

Beer, liquor, cocktails, sodas and water will be available for purchase during the festival, but there will be no food available inside. However, according to the Whimmydiddle website, there will be food trucks outside the site and re-entry will be permitted with wristband identification.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, August 19 and at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 20.
