The Proof menu gets a makeover at Tremont

Proof Craft Bar-BQ and Cocktails opened just weeks before the restaurant closed in Ohio following the coronavirus pandemic. This has held back the restaurant, which is located in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland. But he finds his place. The restaurant – located in the basement of Visible Voice Books and Crust – looks forward to the warmer months with a full bar on the terrace and a revamped menu offering a range of barbecue options. Wine N Bloom Trail open in May

How’s that for multitasking? Visit a few wineries, taste some wine, and come home with flowers. The Wine N Bloom Trail will showcase the vineyards of northeast Ohio for flowers and wine on successive weekends in May. The event is scheduled to be held at participating wineries on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May 6-8 and May 13-15. At each winery you will get applications, wine samples and an annual flowering plant. Nineteen Wineries Participate: About Wine N Bloom

Market at the Food Bank scheduled for this weekend

The food bank market is back after a two-year hiatus. The flagship event is held in the spacious Greater Cleveland Food Bank warehouse and features the Harvest for Hunger campaign. About three dozen food and beverage vendors will be offering tasty samples at the event, which supports the food bank’s mission to address food insecurity in northeast Ohio: About the market from the food bank
