Then we start with 3 groups of Smith bench presses, completing 25 in each group, and then perform 3 groups of high pull-downs, completing 20 in each group. Persisting in these two sets of movements will have a significant effect on strengthening our shoulder and back muscles. We can also perform wide-gauge pull-ups.
