Basic chest training movements—narrow-grip bench press

The narrow-grip bench press exercises the triceps and pectoralis major muscles. It is a two-handed bench press with a narrow width.

Use the thumb shaft grip (accompanied in the same manner as the other four fingers) to grasp with the thumb less grip.

Hands width is reduced approximately when taking effect to unload the barbell onto your chest.
